I guess if those investors wanted the rest of the company and they were more concerned about owning the company/copper rather than share price..then wouldn't you rather pay 10C per remaining share for 100% control rather than $10??

so yeah don't think its as straight forward as propping up share prices. The lower the SP the cheaper it is for control. No?
