Maq Bank likewise if the sale reaches 115 million.

Not sure there are any other secured creditors...if not shareholders split the remainder with unsecured creditors.

Fire sales always result in significant reductions in market value of the assets.

Had no choice today...had to sell some. Down to 775K.
