Hmmm, you joined HC yesterday and your first posts are on SEN SSAG - now you wouldn't happen to be connected with the SSAG would you?
Mind you, I totally support what they are trying to achieve. One issue that could be raised is why the Board did/has not used more of the surplus cash (aka "lazy capital") to soak up the stock overhang from the rights conversion.
