Guys, I wrote several times that I had serious doubts that the current management is capable of getting things done. But they are, unfortunately in slow motion, but it is going forward.

Currently we are facing the next 2 obstacles, a likely cap raising in whatever kind of way and the spud. I always consider the worst case scenario which would be apart of more shares being issued a spud next year instead of soon.

But what keeps me sleeping at night since the land deal was signed is that even if everything gets wrong the " undeveloped Hydrocarbon real estate value " of the land is worth multiples of the current MC. If they can't get a spud done some of the big guys will certainly want to get their hands on the land, and a t/o at 1c or higher would be certain. Be patient.
