15% of aussies need an offshore trust / because of issues with the ato
and
15% of aussies need an offshore trust because of issues with their spouse
or just resettle your current trust offshore
by having a memo:
'i hereby resettle (name of trust) to the isle of man (or where ever)'
even if doesn't work
it buys you time and makes it difficult and costly for the ato or your spouse
