Hi vert not trying to rain on your parade, but I think local council have a bit of say or else mnm would of been mining by now in the other town they got kicked out of, can't remember the name off top of my head. Maybe there was other issues not sure, I'm no expert on MNM

As for the rubbish being dumped there, EPA are all over it, with very strict regulations in the way it is filled and soon enough will not be seen, but I do see the same concerns as you on the water table side of things.

Strip mining you say, do you know for fact or are you guessing as I don't believe there is a plan for the mine, and from what I have read, what is it between 40-90m of dirt before coal is that right?
That would still be a decent size hole in anyone's language.

Now you say Ms Tubbs knew there was coal on her land, just wondering how's she would know if she didn't own a drill rig?? If she knew why did mnm need to drill so many holes, why didn't they just ask her ;)
I know you will say to get depth and quality, I'm just say she has owned that land for a very long time there is a chance she wouldn't have known, seems she lives a couple of Kms away from the mine one would have the right to assume that there was nothing there.

Look mate I know you are very passionate about this stock, but you shouldn't fall in love with a stock, you seem a bit emotional about it any time someone disagrees with you or brings up info that doesn't suit your agenda

You also mention that BM needs jobs, that maybe true but with the city only a stone throw away, that's where many people choose to work.

Think outside the square a little vert, not all your research is correct. If it was MNM would be many multiples of where it is now. Don't believe everything that is posted on the internet, it's not all true!!

I wouldn't under estimate Ms Tubbs and who and what she knows,
I'm not on anyone's side here mate but to hold all your hopes on BM going ahead and making you money is not a wise move, I'm sure if this was going ahead anytime soon that the smart money would be all over it,
And for the sp to go from 17.5 to 3.8 my guess is they know too,

But like you I'm only guessing as many things that have been said on this stock have not happened and more than likely lost a lot of innocent people's money through all the BS that has been said on here over the past year or more, lucky for me I was not one of them,

And before you say I'm a down ramper bla bla bla, I only posted on here as I am a local and was asked my opinion by akq and also the weather by collincj.

I hope you all do well in the long run but I think it will be just that if relying on BM alone,
