How much longer will Governments prop these money hungry thieves up for with First Home Buyers Grants and Stamp Duty cuts / savings etc? (and before someone says, but it keeps industry moving, it does but ultimately these thieves benefit from it with sales).
It is a disgrace, why can't the Government come up with an investment grant for ASX Shares and give us a boost!!
I guess until someone comes up with a better way to sell homes and eliminate the need for Real Estate Agents, those who choose to engage their services will continue to cough up around 2.5% commission and literally thousands of dollars in garbage marketing campaigns that promote / self promote these deceitful thieves.
I actually rate and trust second hand car sales men/women higher than real estate agents.
