So, given this is the case - I have a couple of queries

1) how much skin do they have in?
2) if those performance options were really attractive to our management, then what's stopping them from buying now? unless there was much more sensitive information to be released in the near term preventing them from doing just that. what else is stopping them? mass sector slump?
