Essentially they we're not equipped to handle the volume of Oil produced it was coming out of the ground faster than they could deal with it, so there was no point opening up further zones.

Once infrastructure is in place then they'll either open up the chokes on this zone or I'm more inclined to think as per the RNS they perf higher up and co mingle to the max the well can handle without risking any one single zone. They could in all probability hit a number over 1k bopd on this section (they have already in testing) but why risk it, perf higher up and run those horizons at a safe level also to get the max sustainable well flows......... future wells can be redesigned to cope with higher flows if they feel it prudent.
