Buy a small south pacific Island say 500 acres bigger maybe because it appears to be a growing market.

Round up all the world’s @ssholes and aerial drop them in ……..Parachute attached we have to be humane.

Food drops once a weeks and Patrol boats circling the Island. No Guards or security on the Island let them sort it themselves.
