    According to the presentation on 29 April the JV for Timor Leste JPDA had a deadline of 15th June 2013 to "to enter into a binding agreement that will enable the drilling of a well before the termination of the PSC in January 2014."

    I wonder whether this deadline was met given there has been no announcement that I can see?

    Anyone have more knowledge on this?
