(1) Are they eligible?
(2) Isn't it $90m ?
(3) aren't there 1,400,0000 shares left on the SDB (not 2m)?
(4) If ECT had the Monash $6m would they or would they not pay Arup in cash?
(5) Isn't the Arup 'philosphy' about making a better world and getting involved or partnering is part of its MO ? It would not surprise me one bit if Arup are (a) dripping and (b) dropping around to chat with Mike and the gang about all sorts of future Empire Building ideas.
I guess anything could happen in the next half hour.
