The negatives include:
1) the market price is now close to the new issue price
2) long term severe lack of confidence in management
3) the significant residual debt remaining after a successful CR and
4) revenue from UK shale is several years away.
The positives include:
1) excellent positioning and prospects from UK shale
2) a probable imminent board change and
3) Chairman / CEO roles split.
I am thinking of not taking up my entitlement. Are you?
