True North Gems (TSX: TGX) submitted the final translation & reviewed SIA & EIS (social & environmental impact assessment) in Aug 12. In Jun 2013 after 10 mths, the gov initiated public hearing process for TGX exploitation permit.
IBG submitted its final SIA & EIA in Sept 2012. Public hearing process for exploitation permit is close now, as stated in the article by Greenlandic industry minister Jens-Erik Kirkegaard.
