    Maybe they got promised that extra 10c/hour if they smiled..
    or had the threat of losing their job if they didn't smile.

    I've seen those pictures of smiling "Woolworths Growers"... seriously, how many dairy farmers would be smiling at their 30cents/litre or whatever ridiculously low price they get for their hard, never ending work?

    Pity you can't just get Mr Woolworths and give him a sharp kick up the backside..... when the next "financial crisis" hits, suppose more and more WOW shares will be owned by some slimy private equity group operating out of the Cayman's.... might be hard to give them a clip around the ears.
