    Thats what i have been saying for ages - CTPs day will come, but in my opinion not until 2014 at the earliest -

    * Now who was saying 8 cents would hold???

    It didn't - and i am not surprised..

    There is a prop at 7.2 cents which i would say will get pulled as we move closer to it. 5 cents short term i would say.
