I would be hoping for more info on those $60 M exclusive negotiations before the AGM ...why afterwards ? When they are ready and signed...and then advis eon some more exclusive negotiations to really set 2014 as the big year ending in v low debt and a big fat 6 cent FF dividend yielding me way over 20% in my retirement fund ...well that is the theory anyway...

But a takeover offer closer to $1.00 would not be unwelcome .
