Forester Estate in Margaret River produce an Alicante B. but it is with full skin extraction on top of the naturally pink juice and therefore is inky black in colour. An interesting wine.

Rockford is a great place to visit. The old winery/equipment is fun to look at, more sophisticated than I thought given the age and not to dissimilar to what most wineries have in terms of crushing and pressing.

Anyone into Barolo? I'm holidaying in La Morra commune in September, saving hard to bring back some of those wines.
