Snooping around and found this in the Arturus 2011 Annual report.
On sale of the PB assets to GGP, Arturus gave the 3% Overiding royalty to MERCHANT STRIKER but somehow it came into the hands of CHALK SEA.
Were they sold to Chalk sea or are they they same entity.????
