    re: agm - do the deal Can anyone going to the AGM insist that MBP do a deal sooner rather than 2008.

    It would take a lot of pressure (financially) off them combined with not having the phase 2 (part b) be so crucial results wise.

    An earlier deal is the sensible thing now that the testing period has blown out to 24 weeks for 480 people
