Perhaps LYC should commission an independant study of the Non-Chinese REE
market.

-current product/product mix
-current customers
-current prices
-likely future supply
-likely future demand
-likely product/product mix
-likely customers
-likely future prices
So long as the study is done outside China ( remember the jailing of Rio Execs
in China for gathering market intelligence in China-state secrets) there should be
no problems with the Chinese authorities.
