just a thought ...
considering the environmentally not so friendly extraction of REE in china ... what do u think will happen when the inevitable accident occurs at their biggest polluting plant and the massive lake that holds the residue from the REE extraction (sometime ago I was reading a very disappointing study about the reality of the chinese REE extraction and production).. I am sure the chinese are very Conscious of that and I think they will use this card to keep the reduced and tightened local production for them selves and let lynas and moly deal with the rest of the world. They will introduce a balance of environmental protection and REE production ... BUT certainly they will not give it away for free and they will find a way to get better return for their investment
