ECT has stated that the funds are coming from 3rd parties via Monash.
Monash appears to be a facilitator, is my understanding.
If Monash could not access the funding package, then ECT would have not continued this far with the ALDP process.
So why isn't Monash delivering on the 2c promise?
Is it a strategic decision or failure to find the cash?
I am sure ECT knows the answer.
Is it in our best interest that we find out at this stage?
Only ECT management can answer that question.
