good old massey----had a win so he is back on here to big note and even ramp something up----I thought he would be still looking for the 48k block in perth who is this hc trader?....has he ever posted something sensible-----or is he another cheap sheet guru trying to impress himself speaking of cheap sheets ----anyone seen the clearance rates lately----oh and rents how are they going----I see vacancies are exploding---up to nearly 2% in some places never mind unemployment will be our downfall its out to 5.5% oh well ----the dollar is falling that will cause a collapse---especially since the biggest employment sectors benefit more from the falling dollar
