Sorry for using your name for illustration. I hope you can see I mean no harm.
I have a certain portion of shares which I plan to keep for years to come. But if an opportunity arises along the way, I’ll short it, of course with my own shares just like you. I say short because I’ll also plan to buy back the same amount.
I don’t expect others to criticize me for that, neither am I critical of anyone for doing so, be it one’s own shares or borrowed, for me it makes no difference.
