re: report out but??? Does not show extensive reservoir development - means exactly that. Anything which is not "extensive" is not excluded. So a "non-extensive" reservoir development is possible.
Now what is extensive? By whose benchmarks?
Remember Donald Rumsfield's "known unknown". Suspect he is training WPL staff.
Announcement is just an attempt to keep info. locked away. No numbers, just vague hints which mean nothing.
