Lind would be due 62.5mil shares at 0.2c any day now. I'd expect 3B out today or tomorrow.

Novus has been a bit quieter on the conversion front. Maybe they are waiting to see what Lind do and if they push the sp to 0.1c or if they continue accepting shares at 0.2c

Or they are waiting for a consolidation. At vwap of 0.2c Novus typically would convert and get the 15% discount then they can sell at 0.2c and make money. So it is odd that with the juicy vwap that they are waiting.

Their last conversions were back in early May and they actually paid 0.25c

With Novus paying 0.25c, Lind paying 0.2c and Underwriters paying 0.5c it seems like they are helping to keep the sp above 0.2c at this point in time.
