We've just had this fella Mark Maxwell pop up from Mitsubishi/BHP Billiton to become little old Mantle's Coal Exploration Manager.

Turns out Mitsubishi/BHP Billiton have been working with the CSIRO on DICE type technologies since at least 2008.

Ian Kraemer turned up out of the blue to eventually introduce Mantle to his former employer Exergen and go on a BC pegging spree.

Is Mark Maxwell also part of a bigger plan?

Looks like at the time of this document they were searching for a tech that could make a suitable coal water fuel. Tick - Exergen.

If Mantle suddenly becoming a member of Brown Coal Innovation Australia isn't a bullish sign for Mantle's BC future I'll eat my hat!
