The way it seems!
Sure POS will recover.
EVENTUALLY!
The real conundrum is whether CCU can survive in the short term.
Cash burn.
Cash crisis?
The possibility that the company can run out of cash would lead to closure and bankruptcy.-- Share holdings worthless.
CCU can struggle for some time.
Contracted buyers paying higher than present prices for silver production has saved CCU from bankruptcy.
Should hold on short term.
Some producers will close down at present POS as price is below their production costs.
This will take time and recovery in price even longer.
CCU share price could well drop below the 7 cents suggested in my previous post.
Three to four cents should not be ruled out.
Chart of silver price and Chart of CCU looks forbidding.
Both could go seriously lower. (Not that I am into TA)
Inclined to think POS is levelling out and will drift at low levels for see able future.
Cheers
