I always practice zero based thinking.
Start from the start re researching, pretend you don't own the stock and think, would I buy it now. If the answer is yes I will hold or buy more.
Another tip, you don't have to make your money back the way you lost it.
Also, wour buy in price has no relevance to the companies value at a particular point in the future so re research and ask yourself the above question - would I buy now if I didn't hold.
