Not surprisingly the flat share price has been a "typical" type of behaviour in June for at least the past Four years.

Taking into account that EOFY is the most likely cause of the negative sp with investors realising profit/loss for 2013 only to re-enter again in the new financial year July.

I see this as the most probable cause for the declining sp as opposed to any other external factor.
It does seem strange to see this decline as we are approaching many potentially positive events for WHN, also worth noting the broader spec market is no different this time of year.

Just my opinion.
