EBOS subsidiary Onelink confirmed as preferred respondent to service DHBs'

EBOS Directors are pleased to advise that its Onelink subsidiary has been
confirmed as the "preferred respondent" by Crown owned company, Health
Benefits Ltd (HBL). This positive outcome concludes an exhaustive and
contestable evaluation process. HBL is charged with streamlining the
distribution of medical supplies across the national public hospital network
and similarly pharmaceutical distribution to certain public hospitals.
A final decision on a contractual agreement between Onelink and HBL is not
expected until later in the year following a comprehensive due diligence
process. The supply arrangements will be agreed with DHBs' around the
country.
Onelink currently supplies healthcare consumables to a number of DHBs'
nationally. It has been servicing this market for 20 years.
EBOS managing director Mark Waller said: "We look forward to expanding our
service across NZ to help drive further efficiencies for the Government in
the years ahead."
