Thanks. In fact a decision in Novemebre is not really a "delay". Simon has previously said a decision was expected in the 4th quarter and more recently it was due "soon". November meets both descriptions. HDR is pushing for a phased development .... in fact its been saying that for well over a year. And we are expecting more appraisal drilling in early 2006...so the news we are after is that a development will happen and that further appraisal will determine the shape of the development.
