    I have not received my Retail Offer Booklet yet - and they were supposed to have been dispatched on Monday 24th June.

    I have received an 'updated information' letter, which is dated 24th June.

    I have a Melbourne CBD office address, so it should not be difficult to deliver on time.


    Has anybody else received their booklet yet?

    I imagine that I need to complete the paperwork enclosed with the booklet to subscribe to my entitlement. Is that correct?
