Aaah ok I see where you're coming from now nzcapulet. When adamA wrote his post it was quite confusing, he was advising people to sell and harping on about continuous disclosure without any context and seemed to infer that BGS were being dishonest. You only meant that without the DD results (which would have to be announced due to continuous disclosure) this announcement has no materiality.

I had the same sentiments to this announcement.. it relieves operational risk (extracting the gold) but tells us no more about the size of the deposit.

Ramirez is also correct , the MOU is non binding. I assume morila know no more than we do about the size of the deposit (only that there may be something substantial) and are also waiting confirmed DD results. Most likely the terms of the MOU include multiple tiers depending on the size of the deposit. If there is no gold there there is no agreement.
