There are some very big positives for AGS.
The J.V. has attached to it:
a. very good infrastructure
b. a producer with a proven track record
Beverley has been operating for over 10 years and they are good at what they do. Heathgate has patented technologies etc. It's not all bad.
Take a deep breath and see things for what they are.
Just because an explorer becomes a producer doesn't mean that they are home and hosed. We can take comfort in teaming up with Heathgate if the J.V. remains as it is.
This post has nothing to do with the legal dispute but with our J.V. as it exists today.
Heathgate are legendary ISR miners.
