thing is, CDU for all its promise (and they do have some substance) has always been a bit of a 'trust me' stock. Wayno has consistently played his game with CDU, probably put a lot of noses out of joint with the market in earlier times, now he's being crucified. Plus there's no DFS to fall back on for value reference?
also, for others, it's easy to criticise the earlier buy-backs. It was sort of a good strategy in Wayno's game plan when things were rosier and I guess you can only play the game according to current expectations. The recent market devastation was not foreseen at least in its severity hence many 'good' prospects have also ended up in the toilet.
I'm not sure now is the time to be buying back into CDU either, but there will be a bounce time. Very surprised at M&G dumping. What was their motive?
