Thank you for your e mail and question. The MoU is between Rex and NFC. Arccon was the preferred Australian based EPC subcontract partner for NFC and Rex. With Allmine moving into administration NFC and Rex have moved to put in place an alternative Australian based EPC contract. The objective, deliverables and timelines as stated in the MoU remain unchanged and hence to date we have not looked to make any follow up announcements.
