Pure speculation of course but MinRes as well were talking up building scale in their mining division as quickly as possible with a potential demerger IPO/sale of the mining division on the cards.

At least we know they can conclude a fair bargain, that Stokesy must see Chris Ellison around the Perth traps and that engineering experitse would be an asset to the project.
