So if T's and C's have been sorted, why can't Monash get their hands on the cash after over 1 year of trying? Monash, with over $300 million of gross assets (if you believe their spiel), can't get their hands on 10% of this after over 1 year of trying? Turn it up...So why doesn't Monash borrow this money via traditional means (if the non traditional means are proving to be fruitless) and use their $300m of assets as collateral? Or is the risk too much for Monash also?
