Come on guys. I know ELM is a steal at the proposed takeover price but to start talking about them offering more, you have got to be kidding. Haven't you been watching the soap opera of once market darlings like SDL and DML to just name a few.
Just take the money and move on. The market has changed dramatically since the heady days of the mining boom. Now you better get finance quick or find a suitor or you are gone only to be resurrected as another startup for another bubble.
