Now Lynas acting in concert with China (they are certainly deeply connected there) does make a whole heap of sense.
The Chinese certainly shot themselves in the foot with their RE manipulations and it makes sense for Lynas to be part of the solution. Hopefully China has finally got on top of illegal production and created space for the Baotou platform to be effective. Certainly hints of equilibrium starting to appear and I suspect some latent demand will emerge before much longer.
