    Jayhopper, the offer has already been made and it is 66c. I have not seen any announcement from ELM that they are not happy with it. As far as I can read from latest offer update the management are happy with the way things are progressing. Again there is no mention of wanting more so I guess they are happy with 66c.
    Anyway, I'm not interested in continuing this conversation in relation to the offer as I'm only stating the obvious which is on public record. Goodnight.
