Any opinions on the area from say Bayview around Pittwater to Avalon?
I get the feeling there is a lot of property on the market and that prices are quite negotiable at present.
Might I be right thinking property in this area is still somewhat over cooked and cooling?
Any views on timing a buy and longer term prospects?
