It's the strike price for conversion of the Mt Kellet bonds. If the SP remains below this magic number then Mt Kellet would not convert and thus the bonds become payable in 2016.
Any refinancing, or CR would reduce the strike price, but also increase the number of shares Mt Kellet would convert if it chooses to.
