Protecting the innocent is more important than letting the guilty re-offend. If we are not going to prevent them from re-offending, we must get rid of them.

A.the ONLY way to get rid of them you need to put them on another planet where they cant escape, they are spirits thats the only way to be rid of them

B. or educate the spirit

you only have option B atm

they escape only to be born again when you kill them

consider the whole not just the body
