my understanding is that GSK have the world rights to this and as such would control the production and revenues.

the issue between GSK and BTA are royalties.

IF GSK win its legal defence of its actions.........BTA is worse off then before.

Of course IF BTA win.....its a finacial windfall for BTA.

that matter has a long way to go.

the bigger matter at ahnd would be stockholders who took up the SPP at 75c and BTA is trading today at $1.88

do you think they will take a dollar profit?

i do....but willit be a dollar profit when they can trade them?

i suspect those who hold a small amount now will take the offer now and remain holding their SPP allocation.
