at the current, LAMP has just P-1 on full capacity(11000 tpa), the production Amount of Ce carbonate will be 2600 tpa, the ratio is 23%, not what your said of 50%.
Ce/La carbonate is a mixture which has difference with pure Ce carbonate, using different and price also different, so that can't be confused for the same as Ce.
