Many here are out of control -
(a) Pharma to sign - Unilife has 'no control' thus how could they prepare for a NY announcement on a designated day
(b) Once pharm signs it becomes price sensitive instantly when Unilife ascertains the documentation in physical form (includes email / fax correspondence) - whichever market they will need to either trading halt immediately or declare information on the day
... Too many IF's of late - what about this - an announcement in my opinion will not be this month!
For Tom Peters, the business is sound - upon this deal I believe we will see a $600 to $750 market cap; for many reasons other than the deal itself.
Good day all,
NL
