I've managed to average down to $1.05 over the last few days.

Personally, I see this part'n'parcel with biotech. There are so many potential failure points that you have to anticipate them - no matter how confident you are.

I think a lot of you are overplaying the impact of this, and its why I have bought. JH has communicated that the company is expecting:
1. New PDUFA date ~Nov
2. Chris confirmed cash adequate for CY13.
3. FDA constructive on oversight

All this tells me that the drop in SP is overdone. At the end of the day QRX identified an anomoly in the machine vs human timestamp readings. Thats the extent of it. Its got NO impact on the actual drug outcomes when you make this adjustment. In fact its operational. In terms of FDA thoughts - judging by comments from QRX (where the FDA was also present), it appeared to me as though they were saying that FDA also thought it trival. The word chosen was "cordial".

As I said earlier - engagement is the key. The mere fact that FDA was listening gives me confidence.

On a side note; I found it sickening that every analyst felt the need to apologies for the oversight. What was everyone apologising for.
